Assistant Principal: Hafida Becker
Mrs. Becker serves as the assistant principal of Willow Creek Elementary School. Becker attended Texas A&M University, College Station where she earned a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies (Early Childhood & Elementary Education). Becker earned her Master's Degree in Education & Administration from Lamar University, Beaumont. Becker graduated from The Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University, Houston in the Spring of 2015. At Rice University, Becker participated and completed the Rice Educational Entrepreneurial Program for School Leaders (REEP). Becker has worked at Willow Creek for the last 14 years. Before moving to Tomball, she was an ESL specialist, Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher in Spring ISD. While at Willow Creek, Becker has been a Kindergarten teacher, 3rd grade teacher and was appointed as the assistant principal in the spring of 2012. Mrs. Becker is very passionate about education and she enjoys reaching and teaching every child that enters the school.
Counselor: Jennifer Herold-Fontenot
Mrs. Fontenot serves as the counselor of Willow Creek Elementary School. Mrs. Fontenot attended The University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning and Development. In 2008, she earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. This is Mrs. Fontenot’s second year as the counselor at Willow Creek Elementary School. Previously, she worked as a school counselor at Laura Ingalls Wilder Elementary in Alvin ISD. Prior to school counseling, she taught 4th grade Language Arts and Social Studies for three years, 7th and 8th grade Mathematics for three years, and high school Geometry for one year. Mrs. Fontenot had the pleasure to teach subjects across all grade levels, and now she is able to work alongside leaders of the classrooms helping create a fun, safe environment for learning. She absolutely loves working with kids as they make her laugh and learn each day.
