Party Day Process

Parents,

If you have not had your ID scanned at Willow Creek for the 2018-2019 school year, you may stop by the campus before December 17th and have your ID scanned to save time waiting in line the day of the event.  Your ID MUST be scanned each school year.

Reservations can be made by completing the Google form online https://goo.gl/forms/F5HMBu640ZQw3Zs62 .  Badges will be printed and available at a designated table when you arrive.  Visitors who have not made reservations will need to wait in a very long, time consuming line and could miss part of the event.  No exceptions will be made.

All visitors should be prepared to present a Photo ID even if you have made reservations.  Once you arrive for the event please check in at the designated tables outside.

Dear Parents,

I wanted to let you know that ALL students across the school received a 2 in all of their Special's classes. I have no control over these conduct grades, so if you have any questions please direct them to the Specials teachers.

Rube Goldberg Machines

Dear Parents,

I wanted to let you know that we are currently working on our Mechanical Energy Unit in Science and as part of the unit, students will be working in groups to create Rube Goldberg machines. This means that they may be asking to bring various items to school to use to make their machine work. Below is a link to a website that can give you ideas as to what this may look like in the end. The machines must have at least 4 events in a chain reaction that cause an end event to occur.  If you have any questions about the items that they may bring, please just email me.

Google Sign-In at Home

Dear Parents,

Many students have been asking to work on their Google Slides and other documents at home. To access their school Google account at home, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to google.com and click on the sign-in button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

2. Have your child type in their school email which will be their lunch#@elem.tomballschools.net.

3. Their password will be Tisd+birthday.

For example if a child's lunch number was 123456 and their birthday was 12/25/2009, then their log in would be:

          username:     123456@elem.tomballschools.net
          password:      Tisd12252009

If you have any questions, please send me an email and I would be glad to give you more assistance.
