As you go through the lessons this week, please let us know if you need any help at all. Students are not required to complete everything in the slideshow. Just do what you can and don’t worry if your child does not get to everything. We will be checking kids A-Z and Freckle to ensure students are engaged in learning. Have fun and enjoy time together as a family.
Online Learning Week 1
Welcome to Mrs. Hulett’s Virtual Online class.
Our class Edlio page will contain postings every week for engagement activities to complete at home. Each week will contain new online interactive lessons for your child to take part in. Learning will look different these next few weeks as compared to a classroom setting. We will be available via e-mail to answer any questions that you may have.
My office hours for the week will be on Monday, from 2:00-2:30. Though these are specific hours for the week, I will be available throughout the week if you have questions.
As of now, we will not be taking any grades but would love for all of our students to engage in the activities. Happy Learning!

Field Day Reminders:
Tomorrow (May 18th) is field day from 9:00-11:00. Please make sure your child eats breakfast because we will not eat lunch until after (much later than we usually eat lunch).
Visitors who have not made a reservation will need to report to the front office to get a badge before entering the back field area.
Wear your maroon Hulett Hound Dogs t-shirt- the classes are color coded for us to keep better track of our kiddos.
Wear shorts and sneakers - no skirts or open-toed shoes due to some of the activities
Bring an extra set of clothes - including undergarments and shoes to change into after field day – they will get wet at some of the stations.
Bring a plastic bag – to put wet clothes in after they change (Walmart/Target/HEB bag)
Bring a sack lunch/drink and a towel – we will eat in our classroom after our field day. (The cafeteria will be serving a pre-made sack lunch for those who buy lunch that day.) Students may bring a towel/small blanket for our indoor picnic. They may also bring a SMALL stuffy. These items need to fit in your child's backpack!
Put sunscreen on your child before they come to school (I will not be able to do it once they get to school).
Snack – please pack a snack for later in the day.
Label – Please label anything that could get lost. Hats are allowed, however students are responsible for their belongings. Teachers will not hold or carry items students no longer wish to wear.
Lunch – 11:30-12:00 (approximately) Our Kindergarten class will eat in their classroom. * If you wish to take your child home after field day you must sign them out outside at our sign out table to get a ticket. Then you will meet them out front. A Willow Creek faculty member will bring them out to you. You may not enter the building.
You are more than welcome to come and enjoy the morning with us. You will meet us outside where field day is taking place to pick up your badge. All visitors should be prepared to show a photo ID even if you have made a reservation. Please keep in mind this is place to secure the safety of our students. Hope to see you there!
We are going to have lots of fun and the kids are very excited! Thank you for your help. If you have any questions, please contact me.
